Brief news: The last courses for 2024.
Heading towards the end of a busy year, two final offerings from me to bring things to a natural close.
I thought I’d drop a quick note to let everyone know that I have just scheduled my last two courses for this year.
As always, I’ll take a break from teaching over Christmas and early next year, likely picking back up in Spring (though I never really know when the right time is until it’s the right time).
This year I’ve seen a massive upsurge in interest in my training which has been gratifying on a number of levels.
Despite all the ‘self work’ over the years, a bit of external validation still feels important when you’re working alone.
It serves as a data point, I guess - feedback that what you’re putting out there does still have relevance.
And most importantly I absolutely love teaching.
Both How to Fight Well - my ‘baby’ that I’ve carefully nurtured and developed over the years which now feels like the most natural and fully-fledged programme I’ve ever run - and the new Coaching Skills course which I’ve created in the past six months in response to client needs.
Anyway - I said this would be a brief note, so here’s the overview:
How to Fight Well - online - kicks off 5th November.
Learn how to navigate conflict and show up to difficult conversations from a stable place with the skills to have the conversations that matter. Suitable for leaders, coaches, facilitators, teachers and parents.
"If you want a practical and deep understanding of how to successfully navigate the complexities we find ourselves in, then Max is the guide you've been looking for."
- Tom, Executive Coach
Coaching Skills - online - kicks off 29th October.
Develop the capacity for reflective, inquiry-based coaching using a person-centred approach. Particularly useful for anyone leading organisations and teams, who hasn't had formal coaching training before.
I've been running this as both an in-house and open course, so if you have a team of managers that need support, we can hold a closed group.
"If you want to feel more confident in your coaching and work on bringing authenticity to your conversations then this is the course for you."
- Glaudia, agile coach
All my courses run on a Pay What You Can basis (which I’ll write about in some detail, later on), where we find something that works for both of us, to make it possible for people across nearly any background to join.
If you're interested, drop me a line (hello@maxstjohn.com), I’ll send you the course overview and we can set up a conversation.
As always, there is no sign-up form or marketing strategy - it's all about doing things small, and in relationship.
